It is not a professional communication service, not an emergency service, and not a guaranteed messaging platform. By using Moon Post Service, you agree to use it gently, responsibly, and at your own risk.
We try our best to make Moon Post Service work beautifully. But you should not expect any guaranteed service, uptime, delivery, message storage, message recovery, lunar accuracy, technical support, or compensation of any kind.
